Ageing by oxidation from the beginning (fortification to at least 17 degrees) which stops any yeast (flor) from forming. Aged for a minimum of 15 Years. Bright crisp amber colour. Intense, walnut, nutty like nose. Very dry, rich with hints of dried nuts and fruits. Very long finish.
